SHIPPING
At this time MAX ships all orders via Fedex and only within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally.
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) $15
Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days) $25
Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day) $50
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.
Please note: tracking information may take 1 business day to update after your order has been shipped. Overnight Shipping orders must be placed before 2 pm to received the next business day.
ONLINE RETURNS
Footwear, accessories, handbags, jewelry and sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
All merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days, starting from the day you received the merchandise. Please call our Denver store 303.321.4949 for approval of the return. After you receive approval, a return label will be provided.
The merchandise must be unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use or the item is not returned within 7 days of your delivery date, we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Upon receiving the merchandise, a refund for the merchandise will be refunded to you. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Refunds given within 7 days of purchase with receipt for unworn items. Store credit issued after 7 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges after 14 days of purchase.
